• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before the commencement of the tour or as per the agreed schedule.
• Payment Method: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other modes specified by TRAVELCARE.

Failure to meet the payment deadlines may result in delays or cancellations of your travel arrangements.

Refund Policy

• Refunds for canceled bookings are governed by the respective terms and conditions of the service providers involved, including IRCTC, hotel partners, flight booking websites, and other travel-related entities.
• TRAVELCARE acts as an intermediary and does not determine the refund policies of third-party service providers.
• Customers are encouraged to review the individual service provider's cancellation and refund policies before proceeding with the booking.
• Refund processing timelines vary depending on the policies of the respective service providers and will be communicated once a refund request is initiated.

Important Note: Any service charges or processing fees applied by TRAVELCARE at the time of booking are non-refundable.
